it could be said, depending on who's asking, that i have a mozzarella/basil addiction. i am trying to cut down to one meal a week but its so hard! here is a little number i have been enjoying on days that reach 90+ degrees.
- one peach sliced
- equal slices fresh mozzarella
- 4 thinly cut fresh basil leaves
- kosher salt to taste
- *option: i just bought fig vinegar- amazing and really delicious with the meal*
